Help Us Understand Pain

We are profiling pain in different disease/conditions.

Our Story Biomarker Profiles™ was awarded a DOD SBIR Phase I and II to identify biomarkers of pain and develop a test for pain. As a result of this award, we developed the first blood test for pain. The study of pain is very complicated because one person can have more than one source of pain.

rencontres loire  When we looked at all the clinical information we collected as part of our biomarker study, we saw that there was value in the data that was separate from the biological data.  Questionnaire responses are seen as the gold standard for measuring pain.  In order to discover new biomarkers, we need to better understand how we monitor pain and how the responses change with disease.
